The life gets faster by the day in the 21st century. Due to this fast pace, we feel less and less capable of running all aspects of our lives. We feel increasingly stronger pressure at our workplace, we are required to have top performance daily and gain more skills. Family, partners and friends require dedication, understanding and good mood. It is common that people, aiming for the best impression, lose control over the certain aspect of their lives and catch themselves watching the life run by as they make plans for the future. “I will be happy when I graduate from school, find a job, start a family, my children grow up…” and so on.

Coaching is there to help you determine your personal wishes and direct you to their achievement. You will learn how to set things in life and approach them with self-confidence, enthusiasm, self-initiative and courage and finally start living the life you have been putting off.

What is coaching?

Coaching is an English term (to coach, coaching), which means to train or guide someone. All the way up to the 1980’s, the term was mainly related to athletics. Coaching represents the skill development and a technique in which the coach leads and supports the participant on the way to achieving the goals, wishes and intentions. During the coaching, the participants get familiar with using the coaching techniques which:

  • Determine goals
  • Gather needed information
  • Teach facing the specific challenges
  • Teach the improvement of acting during crisis
  • Teach how to successfully overcome the barriers that used to limit them in achieving the wanted results and maximum abilities
  • What is not coaching?

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. It will not make any decisions for you, but it will help you see things from a different angle and by that, help you make decisions. There are no pills, prescribed medications or similar tools, no gurus, no questions about your relationship with your mother. What is done in coaching mostly comes down to listening, getting familiar with the coaching techniques and asking questions. Coaching sessions work as conversations a responsible listener who will help you get to your goals and action plans inspired by your values, desire and goals.

Is coaching right for you?

How does coaching work?

During coaching, you will be asked what you do, what your goals are, which action areas you are not so happy with and how far you want to develop them. The coach will help you evaluate your attitudes and present you with certain ideas that might help you advance. You will not be made to make any decisions you are not fine with. All the sessions are confidential, which enables you to express your thoughts and feeling privately with the coach or with the group if it is a group session.

The coaching can be individual or group. The training is conducted at the conference space downtown Belgrade or in your accommodation. The number of participants is one to six. The sessions last for sixty minutes.
